This will also minimise waste and prevent documents piling up on devices when people forget to collect them.

Reports can provide page volume information segmentby a number of criteria (project, clients, users, department, dates, etc...). The primary purpose is likely to be cost allocation; however, the information could also be useful for fleet management – i.e. determining device usage and workloads, volumes of colour output, etc.
